Component Lead Processors
Simonds offers 2 component lead processors, depending on your needs:
CLP-274 unit operates at 40-060 psi, is capable of processing up to 1200 piece/hour and can be used with Forming or Trimming Dies.
CLP-2000 is a larger, more powerful version that features over 175 pounds of thrust and operates at 60-80 psi.

Our powerful component lead processor, the CLP-2000 is a semi-automatic parts processor with these powerful features:

Included foot switch
Interchangeable steel die sets maximize investment. Dies are oil hardened tool steel 1 3/4” wide x 5 1/4” long.
